DESCRIPTION:
Diamond wires sharpening machine is a new processing equipment for whole wires sharpening. Servo motor drives the grinding wheel, variable frequency drives the whole wires, combine with PLC sharpening parameters, to achieve automatic sharpening. This machine enables auto tool-setting and grinding, helps to improve production efficiency, achieves perfect sharpening results. Meanwhile, this could avoid processing defects such as ellipse, conicity etc. Wires from 20m to 150m with beads’ diameter from Φ6.0 to Φ13.0mm are workable for the machine, high efficiency enables 150m wires sharpened in 25 min. Closed processing environment with dust absorption system ensures clean working condition.
