DESCRIPTION:

Diamond wires sharpening machine is a new processing equipment for whole wires sharpening.  Servo motor drives the grinding wheel, variable frequency drives the whole wires, combine with PLC sharpening parameters, to achieve automatic sharpening. This machine enables auto tool-setting and grinding, helps to improve production efficiency, achieves perfect sharpening. Meanwhile, this could avoid processing defects such as ellipse, conicity etc. Wires from 14m to 110m with beads’ diameter from Φ6.0 to Φ13.0mm are workable, while 110m above could be customized, high efficiency enables 100m wires sharpened in 20 min. Closed processing environment with dust absorption system ensures clean working condition.
