DK12-3 diamond beads sharpening machine is a new processing equipment applicable to single bead sharpening. Touch screen HMI ensures easy and convenient operation. Advanced vision system and automatic screening technology ensure accurate feeding, keep the bead in the same direction, and avoid processing defects such as ellipse, conicity etc,  beads diameter from Φ6mm to Φ13mm are workable. To compare with traditional human works, this machine helps to increase efficiency improve quality and save more resources.
