How to install the slab racks?
1.Prepare the Site
Ensure the installation area is flat, level, and has enough space (clear of obstacles). Check the ground bearing capacity to support the rack’s weight (plus stone loads).
Connect the bottom horizontal beams (the main base structure) using bolts or fasteners, ensuring it’s square and stable.
Align the vertical posts (the tall poles) with the pre-drilled holes on the base frame. Secure them tightly with screws/bolts—make sure posts are vertical (use a level for adjustment).
Attach the middle horizontal beam (the secondary support layer) to the vertical posts at the designed height, locking it in place to reinforce stability.
Check all connections for tightness; confirm the entire rack is level and stable before loading stone slabs.
